• Pricing shown on this site is a starting guide; final quotes are confirmed based on your specific requirements.
• Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on completion.
• Late payment may result in a pause of work or delayed delivery.

Each plan includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your proposal. Requests that significantly expand the original scope may be treated as a separate, additional charge.

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables (design files, website code, brand assets) created specifically for you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Where a project uses third-party platforms (hosting providers, payment gateways, CMS platforms), your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party platforms outside our control.

Support windows and maintenance terms (where included) are specified per plan or project agreement. Support beyond the agreed window can be arranged separately.

We aim to deliver high-quality, reliable work, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as exact rankings, traffic, or sales figures) since these depend on many factors outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
